Based in Saint Michaels but shipping globally, we combine our understanding of what adventurers truly need with trusted international carriers to ensure your equipment reaches you, ready for the great outdoors.

Order Processing & Timeline

We move quickly so you can too. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during major sale events or holidays—but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two clear shipping methods to suit different needs and budgets. All packages are fully tracked, and you will receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

Please Note: “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. The stated delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas (including parts of Asia and specific islands) may not be available. You can check serviceability at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide, bringing awnings for gusty winds, reliable tent poles, and space-saving van life solutions to a global community of outdoor lovers. As your order crosses borders, please be aware:

• Customs Duties & Import Taxes: These are not included in our shipping charges or product prices. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable charges upon the package’s arrival in the destination country. These fees vary greatly by country and are determined by local authorities.
• Shipping Restrictions: Due to carrier regulations, we cannot ship certain items (like fuel canisters or pressurized equipment) internationally. Product pages will clearly state any such restrictions.

Returns & Easy Adventures Policy

Confidence in your gear is part of the adventure. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
