The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

1 Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Prepare Your Package

Ensure the item is:

  • In unused condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Includes all tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Includes the original packing slip or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (see section below).

3 Ship Your Return

We’ll provide you with a return address. Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance
  • For international returns, mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped immediately via your preferred shipping method
  • You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the same care we pack your orders at our Saint Michaels facility:

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card via our PCI-DSS compliant gateways or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

For international refunds, the amount refunded will be in USD. Currency conversion differences may occur based on your bank’s exchange rates.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our adventurers, certain items cannot be returned:

Please Note: Based on our product categories and outdoor focus, the following are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened sleeping bags (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including custom-sized awnings or engraved flag poles)
  • Opened food or fuel products from our CAMPING EQUIPMENT range
  • Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

Defective items: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

International Returns

For our global community of outdoor enthusiasts:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” with a declared value of $0 to avoid customs charges
  • Original customs duties and import taxes are not refundable (as these are handled by your local authorities)
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
  • Allow additional time for international shipping and processing
