The Return & Exchange Process
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Using the template below will help expedite your request.
Ensure the item is:
- In unused condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Includes the original packing slip or order confirmation.
We’ll provide you with a return address. Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
- For international returns, mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” with a declared value of $0 to avoid customs charges.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Opened sleeping bags (for hygiene reasons).
- Personalized or custom-made items (including custom-sized awnings from our Awnings range or engraved flag poles from Flag Poles & Windsocks).
- Opened food or fuel products from our CAMPING EQUIPMENT range.
- Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase).
Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
